Guesthouse Maya is a modern 4-star villa with 2 luxury apartments, a private sauna, and an outdoor hot tub (available from May to October).
The house consists of 2 completely separate apartments, which can be rented together or individually: a smaller apartment (2+1) and a larger apartment (6+1). Our house offers 2 free parking spaces in front and 1 garage behind the house for our guests.
It also includes all amenities – a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a washing machine and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, an additional WC, 2 living areas with dining tables, TV with 100+ channels, Netflix, PS4, radio… There are 3 terraces at the front and back with beautiful views of Terme Tuhelj and the surrounding area.
When leaving, please leave the house in the condition you found it.
Also, when departing, please turn off all lights and other electronics. Don’t forget to close all windows and doors. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Gather all your personal belongings before leaving.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM or by arrangement. The keys are in the mini safe next to the door. You will receive the code for the mini safe by email before your arrival.
Check-out is available until 11:00 AM or by arrangement. Upon leaving, please lock the door and return the key to the mini safe.
The upper apartment has a private sauna in the attic. The sauna is operated with the controller on the right side of the door. The temperature can be set up to 100°C. The sauna accommodates up to 4 people.
The outdoor hot tub is located on the terrace at the back of the house and is available to all our guests from May to October. Next to the hot tub, there is a garden shower. The hot tub accommodates up to 4 people.
Each room in the house has independent heating controlled by a digital thermostat. Easily adjust the temperature using the arrows in the bottom right corner of the thermostat.
Both living rooms have LED TVs with 100+ channels and Netflix. There are 2 remote controls – one for turning the TV on/off and one for changing channels. Use the first remote (Samsung) to turn on the TV and select Max TV as the source, and use the second remote to choose channels.
All indoor and outdoor lights are controlled using touch switches. Simply touch the switch to turn the lights on or off.
The kitchens are equipped with built-in dishwashers. Dishwasher tablets are provided in the kitchen. Open the dishwasher, place the rinsed dishes and a tablet inside, and press start.
It is located in the garage/laundry room. Place your laundry in the machine, add the detergent provided next to it, select the program, and press start.

Place the food on a plate in the microwave, press the microwave logo, select the time, and press the large start button.
